When you place an order we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address, along with the contents and total of your order. We do not collect or store payment card details — payment is handled separately by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank.

We use your information to process and fulfill your order, verify your e-Transfer payment, communicate order updates, and provide customer support. We may also use it to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with shipping carriers to deliver your order, and with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, our database and email providers), or where required by law.

Order information is stored securely in our database and is not publicly accessible. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser so it persists between visits. We do not use this for advertising or third-party tracking.

We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
