Shipping & Returns

Orders are reserved with a “pending” status until we receive your Interac e-Transfer. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched within 2 business days.

We currently ship across Canada. All orders are shipped discreetly. A tracking number is provided by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your destination and are confirmed with your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Due to the nature of research products and to ensure integrity and safety, all sales are final and items cannot be returned once shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenethlabs.ca with your order ID and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or resolution.
